PROJECT DESIGN ARCHITECT

As Project Design Architect, you will be at the center of project visioning, planning, and proposal development, directly contributing to new projects and initiatives. You will be involved in diverse activities and constantly exposed to new opportunities and design challenges. This role is for an individual who is passionate about effective design, is interested in business development, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within a startup environment. This role reports directly to the Creative Director based in Pasig City.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to project and design pitches and ensure completion of presentation-ready materials.
• Draft architectural and engineering plans.
• Develop materials boards for project proposals.
• Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental regulations and zoning codes.
