The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional senior development professional to join the team as Project Director, leading end-to-end delivery across multiple stages within the broader Athletes Village precinct. This landmark mixed-use precinct will serve as home for thousands of elite athletes during the Games before transitioning into a premium residential community as part of its enduring legacy.
Reporting directly to the Leadership team, you will hold full accountability for the commercial, design, planning, and delivery performance across multiple stages of this high-profile project. You will set and drive the strategic and commercial direction, lead a high-performing development team, and act as the principal interface with government, joint venture partners, consultants, and contractors.
