Job Summary
The Project Engineer for Land Development is responsible for managing contractors' land development and construction activities in our projects. They shall monitor the timely completion of the project within agreed-upon quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Construction Supervision & Inspection
- Supervises horizontal construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution of civil, architectural, and utility works.
- Inspects contractor performance specifically regarding land development, including road networks and communal facilities.
- Conducts regular site evaluations to verify that construction aligns with approved engineering designs.
