Must Have

Rail System Engineer, design awareness, interface tracking skills, and ability to manage external stakeholders. Prior DOORS or RM tool exposure.

Role Overview

Target a systems engineer with a strong interface management background, ideally from large metro/rail projects with civil + systems scope.

Civil background is acceptable, but the candidate must demonstrate design awareness, interface tracking skills, and the ability to manage external stakeholders.

Prior DOORS or RM tool exposure is an advantage but not a deal‑breaker.

Key Role Requirements

• High Volume of Interfaces – manage 100–200 interfaces.
• Each interface has its own technology; requires breadth of understanding rather than deep specialization.
