Job Summary Lead and coordinate new and existing projects by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to drive successful project delivery and business growth. Responsibilities Manage overall project execution by coordinating manpower allocation, project requirements, and meeting attendance to ensure timely progress. Prepare, discuss, and report project schedules, cash flow, and budgets to management for informed decision-making. Track and report weekly project completion status to monitor progress and identify risks. Forecast and report monthly project revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics to support financial planning. Define and assign project roles to team members based on project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
