Project Engineer (Land Development & Structural Works)
Malvar, Batangas

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Civil Engineer with strong expertise in land development and structural engineering projects. The ideal candidate has a solid track record in managing large-scale housing, commercial, or mixed-use developments from planning to execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
• At least 10 years of proven experience in land development and structural construction
• Experience must encompass any combination of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects
• Strong background in roadworks, drainage, grading, and underground utilities construction
• Experienced in managing full project lifecycle (design, permits, execution, turnover)
