Key Responsibilities Perform project engineering tasks on minerals processing projects across a variety of commodities, acting as Project Engineer or Study Manager when requested. Execute concentrator design independently, providing frequent training, guidance, and supervision to junior colleagues. Engage with clients to understand, develop, and deliver project requirements, grow the organization’s client base. Prepare proposals and support business development initiatives. Oversee and mentor others in developing overall concentrator design (layout, mechanical, piping, electrical, structural, civil requirements) and maintain a design database to improve project quality and efficiency.
