Job title: Project Engineering Manager
Location: Flexible – locations include Germany (Lüneburg or Pirmasens), France (Surbourg), UK (Preston), or Portugal (Mindelo) – On-site (Travel up to 40-50%)
Position Overview
The Project Engineering Manager leads Capex projects and supports local engineering teams across our Engineering Adhesives EIMEA region. This role focuses on planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of technical projects, driving process optimization and technical standardization to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage Capex projects from concept to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation.
Prepare business cases and financial justifications for projects.
Apply Full Funds Approval through COPM and track project progress, spend, and timing.
Maintain and improve technical documentation (P&IDs, CAD, BO...
