Project Engineer/Technologist (Edmonton)

Key position functions include:

• Work closely with the Project Engineering Team providing technical and design support to determine the best solutions to specific customer needs.
• Provide support on new product line design and development.
• Execute on all customer orders.
• Prepare product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, industry standards, customer requirements and related specifications.
• Prepare necessary calculations required on new and existing products.
• Provide engineering production support to machining, welding, assembly and other departments.
• Provide technical support for field service, customers, sales and manufacturing.
• In coordination with the quality department, troubleshoot quality issues as it pertains to material rejects, material review, warranty issues and custom engineering requirements (NCIRs).
