You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to produce competitive bids and ensure project success. Your role is essential for developing strategies that meet performance, schedule, and profitability targets while visiting project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimation activities for civil and concrete projects
• Develop project strategies to meet profitability targets
• Provide preliminary budgeting and cost planning services
• Facilitate post-construction lessons learned sessions
• Assist in tendering and contractor award processes
Requirements:
• Degree in quantity surveying or related field
