Having achieved record growth and acquisitions of projects north of $3B+ an opportunity now exists for a Senior Project Manager within the Data Center Market in Atlanta, GA.
This organisation is expanding its mission-critical footprint & allows SPM's real-decision making authority & Direct client visibility forming relationships that extend beyond just reporting metrics.
Responsibilities include leading projects from preconstruction through to close out, manage schedules & co-ordinate with owners and internal teams, provide leadership to project teams navigating technical & logistical complexity with confidence.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in project management with a leading Mechanical Contractors
Experience delivering commercial construction projects
Strong financial, scheduling, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to completion
