Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
The
Project Executive
plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of security systems projects, including CCTV, alarm systems, intercoms, access control and related installations. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients to ensure timely project delivery, compliance with regulatory standards and high levels of customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Project Managers in planning and managing projects from initiation to closure. Coordinate and oversee
end-to-end project activities for the installation and servicing of security systems. Work closely with
Sales, Technical, and Admin teams
to ensure smooth project kick-off and timely execution. Assist in
site visits, system planning, and solution design
with the Technical team. Prepare and maintain
project schedules, work orders, site documentation , and client sign-offs. Liaise with
clients, building management, contrac...
