Mission Overview:

In the context of a large-scale organizational transformation, a major public player is enhancing its governance in portfolio, program, project, and product management (PPM). This evolution is based on the establishment of a central PMO and decentralized PMOs, aiming for better structuring of strategic and operational steering, strengthened alignment between business and IT initiatives, optimized prioritization and resource management, implementation and adaptation of modern PPM tools and methodologies, standardization of project operations across various departments, and enhancement of project managers' maturity through the provision of tools, standardized methodologies, and training.
