Project Manager Assistant

GESMAR is expanding its team and is currently looking for a Project Manager Assistant to support the coordination of international projects within the maritime and yachting industry.
Location: Port Ginesta, Castelldefels, Barcelona
This is an on-site position requiring daily attendance, professionalism, and punctuality.
Main Responsibilities Support Project Managers in the planning and coordination of international projects
Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and partners worldwide
Organize travel arrangements, project logistics, and material coordination
Assist in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
Provide administrative and operational support to the project team
Candidate Profile Excellent level of English (spoken and written) – essential
German language skills will be highly valued
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
