Job Description
- Scout, secure and negotiate land agreements
- Build relationships with municipalities, landowners and authorities
- Manage permitting processes with technical, legal and financial teams
- Oversee project planning, risks, milestones and documentation
- Represent projects during public consultations and stakeholder meetings
- Drive project advancement until full feasibility
- Min. 4 years in renewable project development or complex infrastructure
- Experience across the full lifecycle of a multi‑year project
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and planning skills
- Master's degree (engineering, business, project management) or equivalent
- Fluent French + good English (Dutch is a plus)
- Autonomous, resilient, structured and persuasive
