Job Description
On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to provide part‑time project leadership and oversight for the implementation of Connexall as the replacement solution for TeleTracking Housekeeping and Portering workflows. The PM will establish and maintain effective project governance, planning, financial oversight, and delivery controls, ensuring successful execution in alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, budget, and operational readiness requirements.
Responsibilities
- Project Governance and Oversight: Establish and operationalize project governance structure including Project Charter, Decision‑making framework, Escalation pathways, Roles and responsibilities (RACI), chair/facilitate core project forums (leadership meetings and Steering Committee), ensure alignment across stakeholders, ensure activities align with organizational, clinical, privacy, and change management standards.
