Project Manager (Construction Sector) Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements and Singapore regulatory standards. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and government authorities. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Management
Lead and manage overall project execution and site operations Develop project schedules, work programs, and manpower planning Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion Coordinate construction activities according to project requirements and specifications Ensure effective allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources 2.
