Job Description
Job Title – Project Manager – Construction
Locations – Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days in office)
Duration – 12+ months contract
Travel – Approx 20%
Pay Rate - CAD 70/hr on T4
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience managing commercial interior fit-outs, workplace projects, and corporate real estate construction projects.
- Experience managing projects in occupied office environments.
- Experience managing consultants, contractors, and landlord relationships.
- Familiarity with workplace, technology, and corporate office environments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience also considered.
- PMP, LEED or equivalent professional designation preferred but not mandatory.
