Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned heavy civil projects, including risk management, planning, and contingency execution
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations and resolving issues
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope and budget, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team to achieve key milestones
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to meet performance objectives
• Oversee procurement activities, including subcontractor, trade, and supplier negotiations and awards

Qualifications

• Market knowledge of Greater Vancouver and surrounding areas is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the estimating team, superintendents, and field crews
