Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and deliverables
- Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
- Track expenses and implement cost-control measures
- Review and approve invoices, change orders, and subcontractor payments
