- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CSA (Civil Structure Architecture) projects for data centers.
- Oversee all stages of civil and structural works from design through construction and closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve deadlines and financial targets.
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, industry regulations, and environmental policies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve technical or on-site issues.
