Double Clean Restoration Calgary is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. This position involves a broad range of responsibilities for operational functions at Double Clean and is located in Calgary, Alberta.
Your primary responsibilities and duties will include:
- Perform site inspections at the start of a project and create an accurate scope of work including sketches, pictures, etc. Return visits to site are made to determine that the project is proceeding as expected by all stakeholders.
- Assure project legal documents are completed and signed and that these, along with other project documents, are complete.
- Create, edit, modify, and submit estimates using client designated estimating tools or traditional bid methods.
- Manage expenses through negotiation skills with vendors and in-house staff.
