Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of capital renewal and asset management projects across a large housing portfolio. This individual will help develop annual asset management plans, assess building conditions and prioritize deferred maintenance work across 100+ properties. Day-to-day, they will analyze portfolio data, help determine funding allocations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (often 15‑20+ at a time) across various ownership groups. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, government partners, and funding bodies (municipal, provincial, and federal) to secure and manage grants. This individual will also be responsible for developing scopes of work, leading public procurement processes (RFPs/tenders), managing contracts, and coordinating consultants and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
