Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management
- Review technical documents (drawings, SLD) and develop execution plans
- Act as main liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee site execution, subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress, documentation, and reporting
- Manage project budget, cost control, claims, and contract matters
- Build strong client relationships and identify business opportunities
- Support tendering and contribute to business growth
