Responsibilities

Technical Project Management

• Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery of platform initiatives
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and key metrics
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation

Technical Operations

• Develop and maintain incident response processes and procedures
• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of incidents against service levels
• Prioritise incidents based on impact and urgency
• Maintain incident records for reporting and analysis
• Conduct post-incident reviews and drive improvement actions
• Work with teams to implement preventive measures
