Project Manager - Global Integrated Engineering team

Job Overview

The Global Integrated Engineering (GIE) Project Manager is responsible for managing projects by providing leadership and guidance to one or multiple project teams, ensuring end-to-end management of GIE projects for the business. The role requires domestic and international travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end project plans in accordance with the BU QMS and project management guidance and objectives. This includes scope, objectives, timelines, CAPEX and OPEX budgets, prioritisation, to ensure successful project completion.
• Project types: Capacity, compliance, safety, digitalization, architecture, NPD, CTW (Change to Win), crisis, retrofit, and facilities.
• Lead, coordinate collaboration and communication among project stakeholders and supportive function leaders as well as all cross‑functional teams.
