Their are looking for person oracle fusion HRMS. Who is experience in handling a support project in HCM have techno-functional knowledge of HCM Fusion on cloud. Should have working experience on Oracle HCM Fusion. Should have a working knowledge of Oracle Recruitment and Oracle Learn.
Technical Skills
HCM Fusion on Cloud (Core HR, Absence, Exit, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management & Performance Management, Succession Planning). Oracle Recruitment, Oracle Learn. Oracle BI Reporting, HDL, Workflow, Personalization, Security model. Taleo Connect Client (TCC). Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle).
