We're hiring an experienced Project Manager (BPO) to lead end-to-end call centre expansion and infrastructure projects in a fast-growing environment.

This role is hands-on and operationally focused — transforming vacant or partially completed buildings into fully operational, high-performing call centre sites. You'll take ownership of infrastructure, connectivity, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination to ensure sites go live on time and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead full lifecycle setup of new call centre facilities
Manage IT, network and internet provisioning (primary & failover connectivity)
Coordinate infrastructure including cabling, power, UPS, generators, security & workstation setup
Oversee telephony and dialer readiness for go-live
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and Gantt charts
Track milestones, dependencies and critical paths
