We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities Coordinate closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and relevant authorities; provide guidance, technical input, and supervision to the project team Review construction drawings and plans to identify design issues, discrepancies, defects, and variations prior to construction and/or payment processing Oversee team performance, including on-the-job coaching and monitoring of staff productivity Plan, monitor, and track subcontractor progress; prepare weekly schedules and lead daily coordination meetings to ensure timelines are met Manage site logistics and operational requirements to support smooth project execution Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project process...
