We’re looking for an Innovation Operations Project Manager to join our R&D organization and drive New Product Development (NPD) within our Hair category . This role is critical in translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution, enabling speed to market, value creation, and strong cross‑functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPD programs end‑to‑end, balancing quality, timing, and cost through the Innovation Development Process
