Job Description
+ **Ø Purpose of Position** - The job incumbent is responsible for managing the construction project in-terms of Quality, Time and Cost. **Ø Major Responsibilities**
+ Review and monitor the project schedule.
+ Review and verify teh bill generated by contractor
+ Review and monitor inventory of the project.
+ Review and monitor HSE plan for th project.
+ Coordinate with contractor, Client and BV office.
+ Adherence to Codes and Standards (Knowledge of Codes and Standards), Piling / Foundation, RCCReview of QAP & Quality ManualFollow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements.
**Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)**
- Client relationship – Retention and Growth.
- Cost control
- Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures.
- Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
