Financial
Driving Site Reviews and Budgeting
Facilitate smooth pay-outs to the contractors/vendors/PMCs by coordinating with Finance team as per need basis
Operational
Devise the sequence of various activities to be conducted on site in coordination with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors/PMCs)
Oversee all operational activities(MEP, Civil, Planning etc.) on site are progressing line with the established project timelines
Coordinate with design team at site to ensure that all GFC drawings are brought in as per the schedule
Review the drawings in joint discussions with architects and consultants to foresee any risks and highlight the same
Analyze the demands for materials requirements on site, and provide the necessary approvals for their procurement and coordinate on same with Contracts and Budgeting team
