Role Overview

We seek a leader who can manage the entire Electrical & Instrumentation Controls (E&IC) function. Serving as the electrical counterpart to the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with Mechanical and Process Engineering Managers to deliver fully integrated modular mining systems. This position is heavily design-focused, requiring you to approve and assess drafts while maintaining the company's IP. You will act as a long-term business partner with a pathway to equity with our client.
