- Manage and deliver development project from beginning to end within given schedule and required quality.
- Lead and coordinate multi-functional team to develop required product according to standard Bosch Product Development Process (PDP)
- Identify and manage risks through project and acting as first contact window for stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear way.
- Mentor and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for the assigned tasks.
- Continuously identify the gap for improving current process and propose necessary measures.
