This is a senior, client-facing project turnaround role focused on diagnosing why large projects are delayed, redesigning how they are planned and executed, and driving client teams toward faster delivery. This role is suitable for candidates who have strong project ownership, experience managing complex project environments, the ability to influence senior stakeholders and the maturity to run reviews with leadership teams. Role level: Best suited for candidates with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Final designation and compensation will depend on interview performance, aptitude test results, previous CTC and overall fit.
