The Project Manager Qualitative Research is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring expert recruitment and qualitative insights are aligned with client needs. This role focuses on managing multiple research projects simultaneously, balancing speed and quality, while upholding Green Minds values and compliance framework.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Own the full lifecycle of qualitative research projects from brief understanding to final expert delivery.
- Interpret project briefs, assess sensitivity, and align team strategy with client objectives.
- Coordinate expert recruitment across multiple sources (database, LinkedIn, calls, alternative platforms) per the Recruitment Handbook.
