Job Description

OBJECTIVE : Understanding customer needs and requirements. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Prospect new clients, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Tooling and Injection Molding Technical Sales.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Develop extensive sales skills in preparation to advance and grow up with ARRK.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
