Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional teams of Technical Officers and Managers to oversee project works involving MEP, building, structural, civil works in an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Contract and ensure that KPIs are met Responsible for preliminary survey, feasibility studies and working with consultants, vendors, users to determine requirements, preparing cost estimates to derive project budgets for various multi-disciplinary projects. Ensure that project technical specifications, regulatory compliances, code of practises, schedule of work and all necessary documentations are obtained, and project milestones are met.
