PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION
- Manages projects to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
- Monitors project performance (schedule, cost, manpower, materials, equipment, safety, quality).
- Negotiates and issues subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments; monitors progress.
