Project Manager - Townhouse Developer/Builder

Due to a strong pipeline of townhouse projects throughout Victoria, our client are seeking to bolster their team with up to 6 expeirenced Project Manager/ SPM/ PD) to deliver construction projects end-to-end, from tender through to handover.

Working closely with the Construction and Operations teams, you’ll be accountable for program, cost, quality, safety and client outcomes across multiple projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded PM who enjoys leading teams, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes in a structured yet collaborative environment.
