Job Description
- Conduct regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders.
- Perform stakeholder management, including keeping the relevant stakeholders informed of the project status on a timely and regular basis.
- Manage processes and procedures covering issue and risk management.
- Manage the project schedule & lead activities towards the successful closure of the project including Performance Guarantee and Warranty Period.
- During project maintenance, lead the application maintenance and support services covering: Contract Management Service Level Management (SLM) Service/Change Request Management (scope, schedule, budget, prioritisation)Problem and Incident Management (tracking, escalation, closure) Audit and Security Services Risk Management
