We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for architectural, interior, and landscape projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and detailed BOQs for projects
- Develop and compile project specifications and tender documents
- Collaborate with design teams and clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in BOQ preparation
- Strong knowledge of architectural, interior, and landscape projects
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, etc.)
