Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer

TalentCompass is currently hiring an experienced Project Manager/Senior Civil Engineer for our client. You can be based in either Edmonton or Calgary.

Responsibilities

• Lead land, municipal, and site development projects through conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design, from early planning and approvals through construction.
• Manage and oversee the design of projects including site grading, utility servicing, roadways, pedestrian networks, utility coordination, and stormwater management.
• Prepare, coordinate, and manage development applications and approvals, including Area Structure Plans, Outline Plans, Development Permits, Development Agreements, and Building Permits
• Liaise with municipal review teams and approval authorities to support timely and coordinated approvals.
