Project Quality Manager (Employer Representative)
Purpose & Objectives
- Ensures compliance with contractual, regulatory, and Employer quality requirements
- Provides independent oversight of EPC contractor QA/QC activities
- Ensures defect prevention, early issue identification, and effective resolution
- Delivers handover‑ready, quality‑compliant assets
- Supports controlled and predictable commissioning and project close‑out
Service Provider Services
- Establish and manage the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) aligned to Employer requirements
- Review and approve Contractor Project Quality Plans (PQP)
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and contractual obligations
