Job Summary Support interior design tender processes by preparing submissions, sourcing and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, pricing tenders, and performing quantity measurements to ensure compliance and cost accuracy. Responsibilities Prepare detailed tender submissions for interior design projects to meet client and project requirements Source and call for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, evaluating them for compliance with tender drawings and specifications Price interior design tenders accurately to support competitive and profitable bids Prepare comprehensive costings for commercial interior design projects to inform budgeting and decision-making Perform precise quantity measurements to ensure accurate material and cost estimations
