Our client is a large Hickory, NC based General Contractor that specializes in the construction of public facilities including schools, libraries, police & fire stations, parks, healthcare, parking garages and other projects. They also build select projects for private clients.
They specialize in negotiated projects utilizing the Construction Management @ Risk and Design Build delivery systems. Projects are located throughout Western North Carolina and typically range in size from 2 to 85 million dollars.
