• Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture across all job sites • Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring crews have the materials and resources needed to stay productive • Drive efficiency in field execution while helping control project costs • Coordinate schedules with internal teams and plan material delivery and staging • Lead and support site foremen, ensuring adherence to company standards and providing training on installation practices • Act as the main point of contact for field-related questions from clients, crews, and internal stakeholders • Participate in site walks and pre-bid meetings to gain a clear understanding of project scope and logistics • Keep leadership informed on project status, workforce performance, and any client concerns • Align work plans with clients and subcontractors, and communicate any schedule updates or changes • Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, delay notices, and weather tracking • Track job ...
