The role
We are looking for a talented Project Surveyor to join Wates Construction, playing a key role in ensuring the successful commercial delivery of our projects. You will take ownership of pre‑and post‑contract activities, manage costs and support project teams to meet contractual, financial and operational objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accountability, thrives on collaboration and is driven to deliver high‑quality commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and support project team performance, ensuring contractual obligations and commercial strategies are met and regularly reviewed;
- Complete and submit Business Unit and Group commercial reports;
- Contribute to tender strategies and demonstrate a strong understanding of project needs;
