Develop the system in accordance with the guidelines and regulations that the company determines. Including the introduction of new software development principles to apply. To make the system work properly and efficiently.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as need.
Comfortable operating within modern Software Development Lifecycle,
experience with scrum and agile methodologies is a plus.
Manage and keep your team motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard
decisions.
