Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Trainee to join us for the summer to our Pasila office. In this role, you will play a part in the implementation of our new enterprise service management tool and related process changes. You would be working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Support project managers and teams in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks.
Contribute to IT service management activities, supporting process improvements and service delivery in line with ITIL best practices.
Assist in documenting and optimizing service management workflows and participate in service review meetings.
Participate in user training, feedback collection, and change management activities to ensure successful tool adoption.
Create visually engaging presentations and materials to communicate updates, training content, SharePoint sites and key information to diverse audiences.
